Susanna Bennett returns from parental leave

We are pleased to share that Susanna Bennett has returned from parental leave and is available to take instructions.

Susanna has a busy practice comprising civil claims and inquests concerning alleged failures in medical treatment, together with duty of care claims brought against employers, occupiers, surveyors, landlords, landowners, conveyancers, solicitors, highway authorities, education authorities and more.

She advises and represents clients at all stages of proceedings. She is a strong courtroom advocate and has a track record of achieving excellent outcomes.
