Deka Chambers is also delighted and privileged to announce that Edward will be joined by Her Honour Judge Sapnara (Central Family Court and Deputy High Court Judge) for an open discussion on minority ethnic families in the family justice system and judicial diversity.
Edward will be talking about the interaction of domestic violence and the 1980 Hague Convention; the current thinking on habitual residence in the 1996 Hague Convention cases and getting international adoptions right.
