The 17th edition of Judicial College Guidelines for the Assessment of General Damages in Personal Injury Cases has been published.

Stuart McKechnie KC is co-editor of the book.

An essential reference on general damages for all those involved in the area of personal injury litigation, this latest edition features fully updated award figures to take into account the rise in inflation since the previous edition. It also considers a small number of decisions concerning damages for sexual abuse, including image based abuse.
