Tom Little KC appointed as a Justice of the British Indian Ocean Territory Court of Appeal

Chambers is delighted to announce that Tom Little KC has been appointed as a Justice of the British Indian Ocean Territory Court of Appeal.

Following an open competition Tom Little KC has been appointed as a Justice of the British Indian Ocean Territory Court of Appeal. In that capacity he will hear appeals from the Supreme Court of British Indian Ocean Territory. Any appeal from a decision of the British Indian Ocean Territory Court of Appeal is to the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council. The position is a part time Judicial Appointment and Tom remains in full time practice.
