Tom Little KC successfully prosecutes quadruple murder trial

On 21st December 2023 following a three week trial before Bryan J and a jury at the Old Bailey Joshua Jacques was convicted of having murdered his girlfriend, her Mother, her Grandmother and her Step Grandfather. The case involved difficult issues of self induced intoxication and psychiatric evidence. Tom Little KC appeared for the Prosecution. The defendant will be sentenced on 9th February 2024.
