Thom Dyke and Jennie Oborne have been invited to deliver advocacy training to the Office of the Prosecutor at the International Criminal Court (“ICC”) in The Hague. Their training includes talks on best practice for conducting both examination-in-chief and cross-examination before international criminal tribunals.
Both Thom and Jennie are experienced advocacy trainers and have experience of international law. Jennie is a deputy director of the Inner Temple Pupils’ Advocacy Course, and has delivered advocacy training in Cyprus, Rwanda, Kenya and South Africa. Thom is a member of both the International Criminal Court’s List of Counsel and the United Nations International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals (the ‘Rule 43’ List).
