This webinar is the first in a short series offering a primer on the most common types of action brought against the police.

In this first part, Russell Wilcox looks at actions in Assault and Battery, Negligence and Harassment. These are the type of claims which are most often, though not invariably, associated with some form of personal injury.

Later webinars in the series will deal with, among other things, claims in unlawful detention, malicious prosecution and misfeasance in a public office.
