Tom Little QC has been instructed to prosecute the Sarah Everard murder and kidnap case. Tom appeared today in front of the Recorder of London at Wayne Couzens’ first appearance at the Old Bailey. A provisional trial date of 25th October 2021 was set with a time estimate of four weeks.
