Jaime Brooks joined Chambers in 2009, following four years at a leading common law set. In 2022, he became Joint Deputy Senior Clerk and now oversees the practices of members across several of Chambers’ specialist areas of law.

Jaime’s role encompasses the operational needs and business development of Chambers, alongside the day-to-day practice management of its members. His responsibilities include fee negotiations, work allocation, and the ongoing development of the clerking team, ensuring the efficient running of the Chambers.

A qualified member of the Institute of Barristers’ Clerks, Jaime is committed to maintaining his expertise in the ever-evolving legal sector. He regularly attends seminars and lectures to stay at the forefront of industry practices.

Most recently, Jaime completed the ILM Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Barristers’ Clerks, further solidifying his dedication to professional growth and leadership in the clerking field.
