Overview

We are frequently asked to advise insurance companies and law firms on potential issues arising from insurance policy wording and the interpretation of insurance schemes.

These include disputes as to the efficacy of policy notifications, fraud, attribution between insurers and re-insurers and, where relevant, aggregation issues. We provide help to both insureds and insurers, advising on both the black letter law involved and the commercial reality of high-value disputes.

We are also regularly instructed in cases alleging fraud and draw on Chambers’ vast experience to assist with innovative approaches to complex problems.
