• Advising organisations on their building warranties and liability insurance policies to assess if their policy coverage (TCC).
• Representing construction professionals in High Court (TCC) proceedings concerning alleged negligent certification and associated legal professionals’ duties relating to property sales.
• Representing claimants and defendants and their insurers in professional liability and professional conduct High Court (TCC) claims concerning a Silk.
• Advising central and local authorities on large infrastructure, energy, environmental and health/school projects.
• Court and ADR advocacy in TCC claims worth seven, eight and nine figures.
• Professional duty claims concerning planning obligations and parties based overseas.

• Represented an investment company who purportedly failed to consider the client’s wishes relating to risk when creating a portfolio that was later affected by the global financial crisis.
