Natasha Partos has a wealth of commercial, chancery and property experience, she is regularly instructed in all aspects of commercial disputes, insolvency and property matters.

Natasha has a particular experience in Professional Regulation. In 2016 she spent 6 months on secondment at Kingsley Napley LLP presenting cases on behalf of the HCPC and in 2014 she spent six months on secondment at the NMC as a case presenter. Natasha accepts instructions both for national regulators and on behalf of those facing professional disciplinary action.

In addition Natasha also has a wealth of Employment Tribunal experience. She regularly advises clients at and appears in Tribunals at all stages of proceedings, in cases concerning discrimination, unfair dismissal and TUPE.

In Her PI and Clinical Negligence practice, Natasha accepts instructions on behalf of both Claimants and Defendants. Natasha has a sympathetic approach to complex cases and is able to provide practical advice at all stages of proceedings. Natasha also has experience appearing at inquests.

Before coming to the Bar Natasha studied History at Clare College, Cambridge and then worked on a super yacht in Antibes, France. Natasha is training for the 2017 London Marathon on behalf of the Charity Khandel Light.

Natasha is direct access trained and happy to accept instructions at all stages to proceedings.

Mr Justice Hilyard: Instructed on behalf of a Respondent in a permission hearing to appeal the decision of a lower court not to set aside a statutory demand.

Contested bankruptcy petition on behalf of the petitioner.

H v H: HHJ Barling, Admin Court

Instructed on behalf of the Respondent’s in an application to set aside a statutory demand in a contested bankruptcy proceeding. The application was dismissed and the Respondent awarded his costs.

L v L & Others

Instructed on behalf Claimant seeking to recover damages arising out of an allegation of fraud against a mortgage advisor (on going).

R v a Bank

Instructed on behalf of a Defendant in a claim to recover unpaid credit card debts.

X v A Solicitors

Instructed by national solicitors to recover unpaid fees from a client.

FD Ltd v Persons unknown

contested possession hearing. Possession granted.

Contested an order for sale for a residential property he had obtained a final charging order over. Settled on behalf of the claimant with costs.

M v Mr X

instructed on behalf of a management company for a collective enfranchisement of a number of residential tenancies. Order granted.

Instructed on behalf of a commercial Claimant seeking a declaration that a commercial tenancy is a protected tenancy agreement.

Instructed on behalf of a claimant in a boundary dispute. Case on-going.

Natasha has and wealth of practical experience extensive knowledge of the procedure and case law in Health Care Professional Discipline.

In 2016 Natasha spent 6 months on secondment at Kingsley Napley LLP presenting cases on behalf of the HCPC. In 2014 Natasha also undertook a secondment at the NMC as a case presenter. Natasha is regularly instructed to present complex cases of behalf of National regulators involving allegations of dishonesty and sexual misconduct in England, Ireland and Scotland. Natasha has experience in cases involving all aspects of misconduct, lack of competency and health cases.

Natasha has successfully appeared on behalf of a registrant facing disciplinary action at the HCPC. Natasha has also represented clients involved in professional regulatory proceeding against a Bailiff in the County Court, a Magistrate facing disciplinary proceedings following an allegation involving expenses and has appeared on behalf of the Architecture Registrations Board.

Finally Natasha recently lectured to the MDDUS on dishonesty.

NMC v Kelso

Instructed to present the case against the head of midwifery in Guernsey following a NMC extraordinary review into the midwifery practice in Guernsey. The midwife was struck off the NMC register.

NMC v Knight

Instructed on behalf of the NMC to present a case against a nurse who formed a relationship with a patient in a low secure psychiatric unit. The nurse was struck off the NMC register.

HCPC v Huber- Themessl

Instructed by the HCPC to present a claim against a Psychiatrist who had commenced a relationship with a patient. The clinical psychiatric was struck off the HCPC register. The case attracted national interest.

NMC v McGuinness

Presented the case at first instance against a nurse who was struck off the register. Reported appeal McGuinness v NMC [2017] EWHC 325 (Admin).

Natasha has a wealth of experience providing advice and appearing in the Employment Tribunal at all stages of proceedings. Natasha accepts instructions on behalf of both Claimants and Defendants and has been instructed on behalf of Tsol.

Natasha regularly provides seminars and case law updates in this area of law and is the Co- Editor of the ‘Injury to feeling’ Chapter of Tucker and George, Discrimination in Employment 2014 (Sweet and Maxwell).

appeared on behalf of the First Respondent in case concerning the TUPE transfer of cleaning staff on the sale of a Pub.

Chukwu v Delphi Diesel Systems Ltd

5 day unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, race and disability discrimination case on behalf of the Claimant.

Dabell v Dabell Ltd

successfully rebutted a claim that words said in a family business rendered the Claimant dismissed.

Jayckumar v Sainsbury's LTD

Natasha has appeared in County Courts across the county including wales on behalf of claimants and defendants in personal injury cases. Natasha regularly provided pleadings on behalf of both claimants and Defendants in personal injury claims as well as providing advice on prospects of success and quantum. In her Clinical negligence practice Natasha accepts instructions at all stages of proceeding and is keen to develop this area of her practice. Natasha also regularly appears in the Coroners Court.

Ruxton v Wicks

Instructed on behalf of the Defendant Company, Natasha successfully defended a road traffic accident claim on behalf of a company who denied vicarious liability on behalf of the alleged driver.

E v D

Instructed on behalf of a claimant seeking damages arising out of a road traffic accident in which the Defendant pleaded fundamental dishonesty. Judgment for the Claimant and general damages awarded.

R v X

Instructed in a multi- track claim for behalf of an employee who suffered injuries whilst at work. Case on going.
