Imogen Todd

Imogen accepts instructions across Chambers’ main areas of practice and regularly appears in court.

Imogen has a broad civil practice and a strong track record in personal injury and travel claims. Imogen also volunteers with AvMA and recently represented the family in a widely publicised inquest.

Imogen’s family law practice primarily consists of public law and Court of Protection work for local authorities. She also has experience in private family matters.

Imogen is currently a Grade 1 Prosecutor and has experience in a wide range of criminal matters. She also frequently represents the police in civil proceedings.

Imogen was taken on by Deka Chambers following her successful completion of pupillage under the supervision of Jeremy Ford (Civil), Tabitha Barran (Family), Giles Bedloe (Crime), and Dominique Smith (Second Six).

Prior to joining Chambers, Imogen worked as a Senior Tax Associate at PwC in Banking and Capital Markets. Imogen is a certified accountant and holds a LLM in International Tax Law from King’s College London. While at University, Imogen trained as a caseworker for the National Centre for Domestic Violence.
