together with post-traumatic stress disorder, following an accident at work where multiple heavy metal
sheets were stacked in an unsafe manner and fell onto the Claimant. The case settled for £150,000.
F v J (2026) – Acted for a claimant who sustained a severe leg injury and psychological injury following an
accident at work when a digger reversed into collision with the Claimant. Liability was denied by the
