Members of chambers accept civil cases which are privately funded, insurance-backed, legally aided, and if appropriate under a Conditional Fee Arrangement (CFA) or direct access.

Members of chambers accept criminal cases which are privately funded, insurance backed, legally aided and if appropriate direct access.

Where privately funded instructions (whether in new cases or in new work undertaken in existing cases) are accepted the Bar Council’s “Standard Conditions of Contract for the Supply of Legal Services by Barrister to Authorised Persons 2012” (“the Standard Conditions”) will apply.
