Client care is central to everything we do. We aim to provide a first-class service to all our clients, at all times. We pride ourselves on providing the highest levels of advice and advocacy in a clear, professional and approachable way.

Our breadth of expertise ensures that we are able to customise these services to the particular needs of each client. Our skilled clerking team ensures that we are able to live up to this commitment.

In recognition of what we do, 9 Gough Chambers was one of the first chambers to attain the BarMark standard. It has also been awarded the LSC’s Quality Mark for the Bar.

Our premises are equipped with modern facilities. There are four spacious conference rooms, all with teleconferencing and video conferencing equipment. Significant investment in technology ensures an increasingly flexible service. The premises have been designed throughout for those with physical disabilities with wheelchair access, a disabled toilet and an internal lift. Arrangements can be made for conferences to be held elsewhere.

Chambers actively seek the views of clients both as to the standards of services expected and those received. This helps us to review procedures and, where necessary, make any necessary changes. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our service, we would encourage you to let us know immediately. We welcome and take seriously all comments from our clients and have internal procedures in place to ensure that any concerns are dealt with promptly, courteously and sensitively.
