Nick is an experienced leading junior, noted for his particular ability to cut through complex issues of fact and law in order to get to the heart of the case. Nick’s practice is in defending clients in business and financial services crime as well as appearing in serious criminal trials. He has an extensive Appellate Court practice and specialises in advising on the merits of appeal against conviction, sentence and applications to the CCRC where he was not original counsel.

Nasreen is an experienced multi-disciplinary barrister. She has a busy practice defending and prosecuting in all aspects of criminal law. Nasreen is regularly instructed in cases involving fraud and money laundering offences, firearms, violent offences, drugs offences and sexual offences. Nasreen is also instructed by the Metropolitan Police Service in criminal, regulatory and family proceedings. She acts as a legal adviser and counsel in misconduct proceedings.
