On 7 July 2026 the jury unanimously convicted Kevon Jenkins for the murder of a 22 year old man in Wembley. Detailed analysis of CCTV demonstrated that the defendant travelled from his home address to Wembley Police Station, where he was required to report following imposition of police bail for an unrelated serious assault, and thereafter to the High Road where he followed his victim into a shop and stabbed him which proved fatal. Sentencing will take place on 24 July 2026.
