Max Melsa and Madeleine Miller appeared in the case of Re: F, G and H (Return Home Under Supervision Order) [2026] EWCA Civ 713, involving the making of Supervision Orders and the return of three children to the mother’s care following a rolled up Final Hearing where findings of domestic abuse were found against the father. The issues involved were the unlawful making of a Supervision Order for two years, and whether the Judge’s reasoning was sufficient.
