Deka Chambers Clinical Negligence Conference in Bristol on 8 July 2026

We are hosting a Clinical Negligence half day conference on Brain injuries and Functional Neurological Disorders in Bristol.

The conference is taking place at the M Shed, Princes Wharf, Wapping Rd, Bristol BS1 4RN on Wednesday the 8th of July 2026.

Registration starts at 13:15 and the conference starts at 13:30 – 17:30.

We will serve drinks and canapés from 17:30 – 19:00.

Christopher Stephenson will Chair the conference and the topics that will be covered include:

• Treatment options for FND – Dr Ruth Kent
• Evidence and presentation in brain injury/FND cases – Laura Johnson KC and Lucy Lodewyke 
• Quantification of FND cases – Mark Bradley  and Anirudh Mandagere 
• Fundamental dishonesty – Linda Nelson and Ella Davis
