We were honoured to host the Aqeel H Noorali moot competition 2026 organised by representatives of The Bar and Mooting Society of King’s College London on Tuesday the 31st of March.
Congratulations to Chloe Bowles, winner of the moot competition, who has won a mini pupillage at Deka Chambers. Many thanks to our judge Louise McCullough and to the organisers of the competition.

It was a tough competition, and the judge was impressed with the submissions and advocacy of the participants.
The other mooters were Yan Zhong Tan, Amy Frankcom, and Tushita Gupta.

The Aqeel H Noorali moot competition is held annually to honour the memory of barrister Aqeel Noorali, who sadly passed away in 2020 and is much missed.
