Anirudh Mandagere is representing the Secretary of State for the Home Department as an interested party in judicial review proceedings. This judicial review concerns whether Article 8 ECHR or the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child imposes obligations on public authorities to appoint a legal representative or guardian during an age assessment.
