Tenancy Announcement: Imogen Todd

Deka Chambers is delighted to announce that Imogen Todd joins us as a tenant from today, 1 October 2025, having accepted an offer of tenancy following successful completion of pupillage.

Imogen accepts instructions across Chambers’ core areas of practice and regularly appears in court.

Imogen is currently a Grade 1 Prosecutor and has experience in a wide range of criminal matters, including account forfeiture, dangerous driving, and coercive and controlling behaviour. She also frequently represents the police in civil proceedings, such as Sexual Risk Orders, Stalking Protection Orders and Anti-Social Behaviour Injunctions.

Imogen has a broad civil practice and a strong track record in personal injury, travel claims, stage 3 hearings, infant approval hearings and credit hire litigation.

Imogen’s family law practice primarily consists of public law and Court of Protection work. She also has experience in private family matters.

Prior to joining Chambers, Imogen worked as a Senior Tax Associate at PwC in Banking and Capital Markets. Imogen is a certified accountant and holds a LLM in International Tax Law from King’s College London.
