Dominique Smith represented the family of Leslie Green at the inquest into his death, which happened while on holiday in Spain

An inquest has concluded that the death of a British man who died in Spain was as a result of contracting salmonella from partially cooked chicken he ate whilst on holiday. Dominique Smith represented the deceased’s family. She was instructed by Jennifer Hodgson and Jatinder Paul of Irwin Mitchell.
