Louise McCullough and Madeleine Miller successfully prosecute man for multiple counts of false imprisonment and sexual assault

Louise McCullough leading Madeleine Miller successfully prosecuted a man who lured vulnerable women to his West London flat where he supplied them with drugs and variously falsely imprisoned and sexually assaulted them . They obtained Guilty verdicts on four counts relating to three women. Sentencing will take place on 7th February 2025 pending an assessment for ”Dangerousness”.

Louise McCullough and Madeleine Miller were instructed by Crown Prosecution Service.
