The proceedings were presented by Roger André, Simon Trigger and Bernard Pressman. Brendan Hill of HF acted as the claimant witness. Morgan Davies and Bethany Mills of HF engaged the audience of 110 Hastings Direct delegates with discussion, interactive polls and quizzes. Valuable insights were shared and the event concluded with a sing song, led by Roger André, with full participation from the room.
