The King has appointed Claire Harden-Frost to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Shabana Mahmood MP, and the Lady Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable the Baroness Carr of Walton-on-the-Hill.
The Lady Chief Justice has deployed her to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Guildford Crown, with effect from 6 January 2025.
Claire will be known as Her Honour Judge Harden-Frost. She was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 2000 and was appointed a Recorder in 2022.
