Join us at Eighteen on Thursday, 14th November for an afternoon of presentations on the topic of rehabilitation.
Our expert speakers, along with members of Deka Chambers’ personal injury team, will provide a range of talks focusing on rehabilitation.
Three acclaimed experts will be sharing insights from their day-to-day practice and experience. Carolyn Archibold will look at the role of the case manager and why it is important for care experts to have case management experience. Dr Ruth Kent will consider how to optimise rehabilitation in the initial post-brain injury stages. Moose Baxter, who will be joined by a patient, will explore how to utilise prosthetic and orthotic technologies to achieve best patient outcomes.
Along with a session from Giles Mooney KC and Edward Lamb KC on funding rehabilitation and interim payment applications, as well as quantum and liability case law updates from Christopher Lowe and Lucy Lodewyke, this half day conference will provide useful insights for all personal injury practitioners dealing with rehabilitation-related litigation.
The conference will be followed by a drinks and canapés reception.
