In their webinar on Thursday, Robert Parkin and Henk Soede discussed how to avoid common litigation pitfalls. Robert talked about drafting witness statements in line with PD 57AC, with a particular focus on foreign language statements. Henk considered the current rules on disclosure under PD 57AD.
