Huge congratulations to Sarah Prager KC who has been formally sworn in as King’s Counsel today at Westminster Hall.

Sarah was called to the Bar in 1997 and specialises in travel law claims, including claims under the Package Travel Regulations 1992 and 2018, the Athens and Montreal Conventions, and at common law. She also has a particular expertise in all aspects of conflict of law and jurisdiction.
Sarah is head of Deka’s Travel and Cross-Border Claims team.
