Deka Chambers will be inviting applications from candidates for pupillage in line with the Bar Council timetable. Applications will be accepted from 4 January to 8 February 2023.
We are advertising for up to three vacancies: one to commence in October 2023; and two to commence in October 2024. A candidate may apply for one or both years on the same application form.
The financial package, comprising a mixture of payments and guaranteed earnings, has a value of £50,000.
As common law pupils, successful candidates will be in court most or all days each week during the second six, in the main practice areas undertaken in this multi-disciplinary set of chambers.
Today we are publishing the application form and the application guidance. Both can be accessed on the pupillage page of this website.
All currently available information is set out on the pupillage page. We are committed to a fair and accessible process.
Any questions about the process can be directed to pupillage@dekachambers.com.
