Jennie Oborne represented the Appropriate Authority in the two-week misconduct hearing arising from an IOPC investigation. Ms Frewin was tragically murdered by her former partner 12 hours after contact with police officers.
On Thursday 3rd November, two officers were found to have committed gross misconduct in relation to their handling of Ms Frewin’s case. More details here:
