Edward Lamb has recently had 2 articles published in leading legal publications:

In the recent April 2022 edition of the Journal of Personal Injury Law, Edward discusses issues relating to capacity in injury litigation. The article can be found here.

Following the recent success in X v CICA, FTT [2022], the Judgment was reported in the April 2022 edition of PI Focus. X v. CICA dealt with the effect of a High Court award, when that award was de facto unenforceable against a perpetrator. The FTT adopted a purposeful interpretation to paragraph 85 of the 2012 Scheme (which limits recovery with an extant Judgment debt) and this led to the appeal being successful. A link to the article can be found here.

Edward Lamb is listed as a leading junior in the Legal 500 and his specialisms cover PI, Clinical Negligence, the law relating to children and the Court of Protection. He leads the Court of Protection team at 9 Gough Chambers and was appointed to the Attorney General’s Panel of Counsel (Civil B) in 2021.
