9 Gough Chambers is delighted to announce that the Queen has appointed Claire Harden-Frost and James Thacker as Recorders on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, The Right Honourable Dominic Raab MP, and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, The Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.

The appointments took effect from 26th January 2022.

Claire Harden-Frost and James Thacker are deployed to Crime on the South Eastern Circuit. Claire Harden-Frost and James Thacker continue to practice from 9 Gough Chambers.
