TUI settles claims of families caught in Tunisia terror attack

Ahead of an imminent trial to establish liability, German holiday operator TUI has agreed a settlement “without admission of liability or fault” in respect 30 Britons who were unlawfully killed during an attack in Tunisia. This tragically occurred on 26 June 2015 on a beach at the five-star Riu Imperial Marhaba hotel complex on the Sousse coast.

John Foy QC, James Byrne and former member, the then Andrew Ritchie QC (now Mr Justice Ritchie), were instructed by Irwin Mitchell.
