Video surveillance practicalities including when you might expect surveillance evidence and how to deal with it when it arrives (including further costs and case management)

The Criminal Injuries Compensation Scheme

The talk will encompass the law and practical considerations when bringing a claim in cases of criminal injuries. It will also look at potential actions for psychiatric injury arising from police investigative failings.
