Holly and Sabrina will discuss the major changes to the Ogden Tables and explanatory notes in the Eighth edition, including the new Additional Tables and their use in interpolation and calculating split multipliers, amended guidance on contingencies other than mortality in loss of earnings calculations, the application of the tables to dependency claims in Fatal Accidents cases and a new guidance on the use of the tables in relation to periodical payments orders.
