Tom Little QC successfully prosecuted William Kydd for the murder of a vulnerable woman in her 70s. He attacked the victim in her own home and then set fire to the property in order to kill her and to cover up the earlier assault.
William Kydd was sentenced to a life sentence with a minimum term of 30 years.
