Stuart McKechnie QC will shortly start work as part of the 4 person editorial team updating / revising the Judicial College Guidelines for the Assessment of General Damages in PI cases. The 15th edition will be under the new chair of Mrs Justice Lambert and is expected to be published in late summer / early autumn 2019.
