Tom Little QC prosecuted Majid Butt who on 4th September 2018 pleaded guilty at the Old Bailey to the murder of his 71 year old mother, having strangled her with the electrical lead that was used to charge her mobility scooter. He will be sentenced on 12th September 2018.
