Tom Little QC, following a recommendation by the Presiding Judges of the North Eastern Circuit, has been authorised by the Senior Presiding Judge to sit as a Recorder in the County Court. After he has undertaken his Judicial College training later in the year he will be able to try a range of work including Fast Track and Multi Track trials as well as hearing interlocutory applications and injunctions. Tom was appointed as a Crown Court Recorder in 2012 and in 2015 he was authorised to try Rape and Serious Sexual Offence cases.
