Kai Stewart and Devone Pusey were convicted today by a jury of the murder of Dean Pascal-Modeste following a 7 week trial at the Old Bailey. The trial related to a gang related dispute of which the victim was not part. The victim was stabbed 14 times having been chased by a group of youths. This follows a trial last year which Tom Little QC prosecuted in which two other Defendants were also convicted of the murder.
