The Defendant, Four Seasons Holdings Inc., has been given leave to appeal by the Supreme Court. The Claimant, Lady Brownlie, will be seeking permission to cross-appeal in relation to her claim, and that of the Estate of Sir Ian Brownlie QC, in tort. John Ross QC and Matthew Chapman QC are acting for the Claimant.
