Two members of Chambers involved in the leading case on drug testing in Court proceedings

Judgment has been given by Mr Justice Peter Jackson in Re: H (Hair strand testing) 2017 EWFC 64.

This is now the leading case on hair strand testing in Court proceedings in England and Wales. Analysis of the case can be found at Family Law Week.

Tim Parker and Ed Lamb appeared for the Guardian instructed by Sabina Mahood of Gary Jacobs Solicitors.
