Jamie McCracken, Tom Restall, Ben Zurawel and William Dean attended the Bristol offices of DLG Legal Services on 29th September 2017 to speak and provide training on commercial and property issues.
Jamie spoke on EU commercial claims, covering jurisdiction, service, and enforcement. William’s talk dealt with common contractual issues which arise in the buying and selling of vehicles, with reference to recent case law. Tom led a discussion on factors to consider in claims brought under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975. Ben spoke about best practice in pleading statements of case.
