On 23 September 2017, the Leicester Asian Doctors Society held its annual conference on delivering Primary Care in a Changing Landscape.
The event was attended by Consultants from a wide range of specialities, Clinical Directors, and General Practitioners.
Simon delivered a speech discussing important issues on indemnity and insurance, Care Quality Commission inspections, General Medical Council investigations and hearings, contractual disputes and the future of primary and secondary care services in the NHS.
Simon has been retained as general counsel for the Leicester Asian Doctors Society. This involves assisting members with complex legal issues and providing advice on a wide range of areas.
Simon represents medical practitioners in a wide range of areas, including clinical negligence, FTT appeals, PLDP hearings, regulatory hearings and public law challenges against bodies such as the CQC and FHSAU.
