Chambers is delighted to announce the recent appointment and reappointment of members of Chambers to the Serious Fraud Office counsel panels for prosecution and proceeds of crime. The SFO investigates and prosecutes the most serious and complex fraud, bribery and corruption cases in England and Wales.
James Thacker has been appointed to the prosecution A list.
Eleanor Mawrey and Jennifer Newcomb have been reappointed to the prosecution B list.
James Byrne has been reappointed to the proceeds of crime B list.
