Edwin Buckett is to speak at the Annual Association of Police Lawyers Conference

Edwin Buckett is due to present a seminar on the 17th May 2017 at Hertfordshire Constabulary Police HQ to the Association of Police Lawyers, on the recent changes to Police Bail brought about by the Policing and Crime Act 2017, which followed the complaints made by celebrities arrested in Operation Yewtree. He will also cover the recent case law on necessity in arrest cases.

The Association has members from all the 43 police forces in England & Wales and the all-day conference will include speakers from Heads of National Police Agencies.
