Due to demand for our services and ever increasing private and public workloads the Family Team at 9 Gough Chambers is inviting applications, from:
Your application should be by email to our Director of Operations, with whom you may arrange an informal discussion as a first step. It should consist of a CV, a cover letter and a completed Equality & Diversity questionnaire. Applicants will need to support their application with financial data and referees, both relating to abilities as an advocate and on a personal basis.
All applications will be handled in strict confidence; no information will be divulged without your consent.
If your application has merit you will be asked to attend two formal interviews with panels of members of Chambers. If taken forward, an informal meeting is arranged for you to be introduced to all members. The final decision to offer a tenancy is taken by all members of Chambers, usually at a Chambers meeting.
