Twelve members of the 9 Gough Chambers Family team are speaking at the next LBLA Children Law Conference on 6th October from 09:30 to 16:00.

• Ed Lamb and Tom Rainsbury on ‘Court of Protection – consensus of establishing wishing and feelings – a false dawn?’
• Ben Zurawel on ‘Claiming Criminal Injuries Compensation on behalf on Looked-after Children’
• Oliver Millington and Laura Briggs on ‘The future of the Family Courts’

The aim of the conference is to gain a general update on the legislation and case law update in relation to looked after children. The conference will take place at the Kensington & Chelsea Town Hall.
